When you use one of our tools or sign up for a service, we collect what you give us directly — things like your name, business name, phone number, email address, and Google Business URL, depending on which form you fill out.
If you become a Missed-Call Responder client, our system also processes call and text data on your behalf, as part of delivering the service itself — that's the whole point of the tool.
We never see or store your card details directly. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe.
If you're a Missed-Call Responder client, your customers who call your business number and don't get through will receive an automated text reply on your behalf, in your business's name. That's the service itself — someone calling your published business line is the trigger, not a separate opt-in step.
Message frequency varies based on call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
We do not sell or share your phone number, or your customers' phone numbers, with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf.
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide the service you signed up for, or as long as the law requires. We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect it, though no method of storage or transmission is ever 100% secure.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time — just reach out using the contact info at the bottom of this page. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or texts whenever you want, no questions asked.
Rainmaker AI Solutions provides AI-powered missed-call response and customer engagement tools for home service businesses — plumbers, HVAC, and electrical companies. We also offer free tools (like the Google Review audit) as a way to demonstrate what we do.
The 30-day free trial requires no payment upfront and no card on file. If it's not putting real jobs on your calendar by day 30 of the service actually going live, you can walk away — nothing owed.
The $997 setup option is covered by the same 30-day guarantee: if it's not producing results by day 30 of going live, the $997 is refunded in full — no argument, no hoops.
Setup fees and any ongoing monthly fees are processed securely through Stripe. Monthly fees, where applicable, continue until you cancel.
You agree to use the service only for legitimate business communications related to your company. You're responsible for making sure your own use of the service complies with applicable telecom and SMS regulations for your business and industry.
The service is provided as-is. Rainmaker AI Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the update.
